Deine Aufgaben:

 

  • food cooking times knowledge
  • know and apply the techniques for roasting and baking
  • standard kitchen recipes knowledge
  • know and apply the techniques to store food
  • avoid the waste of excess material when making dishes
  • supervise the assistant work
  • apply inventory rotation techniques
  • responsible for the proper use of assigned equipment and materials
  • prepare food for the banquet services according to the notifications received
  • check the cold room and freezer daily to ensure that food is used correctly
  • prepare, cook and present products for culinary use
  • collaborate in the assembly, service and disassembly of buffets
  • review and control the material used in the kitchen and communicating any incident if needed
  • control and take care of the conservation and use of the products placed at your disposal
  • apply cleaning and maintenance tasks in your work area, especially those ones related with hygiene standards compliances imposed by public health
  • present the dishes in a careful, clean and creative way

Dein Profil:

 

  • vocational training in hotels industry
  • at least 2 years of experience in hotels kitchens
  • experience in market cuisine, mainly Mediterranean
  • new cooking techniques knowledge
    experience in daily menu and banquets
    team work ability and able on encouraging and maintaining a good work environment, but also capable of taking out a service on your own and add value to the team
  • familiarized in work for services
  • speed and agility in the accomplishment of tasks
  • disciplined, punctual and clean
  • familiarized in working with seasonal and fresh products
  • English knowledge
  • time availability
